Help up to date symtoms?

okay so like know evrytime i achieve up i have to be in motion to the bathroom be cause i get like mucus within my intestine and like its wird and it not similar to bloody but its weird so im panicky wat could this be?? how do i treat it??Help up to date symtoms?
