I'm afraid that you might be allergic to the chlorine in the marine of public pools. They use so many chemicals at the moment that it's hard to know, but that may be the explanation. Try swimming in a tarn or natural body of river and see if it happens. If it doesn't you may want to hold your skin tested and see if you are allergic to chlorine or other chemicals that they use to keep the sea "clean" in pools.
You might want to grease your body, to seal it from chlorine's intrusion, in the past you swim if you're allergic to the stuff!

Chlorine makes your skin dry cause it to itch. Make sure you use lotions and take a shower after swimming as all right as drink plenty of water throughout the time to keep your skin moist on the inside as very well.
You might want to go to a doctor and reach a deal to him/her about it.
You could be allergic to the chlorine and other chemicals that are contained by the swimming pools. If you are not allergic to benadryl and it doesn't make you sleepy try taking one up to that time you go swimming, it could hugely well save you from being so itchy.
The problem is any ur allergic to the chlorine or ur either the marine is dirty and u didnt noe ... u should shower b4 going in the pool and after . the chlorine should not do any allergics i reason it could be the water is dirty
It may be because wet drys out your skin but the chemicals they put in the river to treat it can also do it.
