How do I achieve rid of the ingrown hair on the rear legs of my arms?

I’m sure you’ve seen them in the past, those ingrown hairs which look resembling many small red dots that some race get on the pay for of their upper arms.
What is the cause of them?
How do you prevent them?
Most importantly, how do you return with rid of them? How do I achieve rid of the ingrown hair on the rear legs of my arms?
I use to have those; immediately my arms are completely smooth. Wash your arms with an exfoliating glove every afternoon (a facecloth won't do much), and use an astringent on them (facial toner should do) until they disappear, then verbs exfoliating with lately the glove.
If you were a woman I would hold said that they were cause by waxing or mane removal.
The best way to remove them is to exfoliate. Gently rub them next to a warm obverse cloth. It may take a few days, but the hair will then pop out. Do not pick at them as this can head to an infection.
more than likely you will obligation to have surgery to hold them removed,,my friend did...
