by taking care of three aspects-strength,stamina and strechability..isometric counterbalance anti gravity exercises against force by lifting yourselves on your toes etc.also forms hormones which circulate calcium in bones ..streching make you supple and stamina increases your ability to use them..plan your moves appropriately..diet should have lots of protiens and calcium too..
Do tai chi, or any exercise really, save fit and a healthy cargo keeps stress minimal to the skeletal system. and dont forget your calcium.
