How can I being a character with highly light skin win a tan, my skin is exceedingly soft a smooth but at present time it is a little dry, also my skin is tremendously light and I am trying to catch a tan but since my skin is so hurricane lantern I normally purely get burned.

Do a short time every day - near an spf - you will get suntan -
some people don't 'tan' you can also use a moisturizer that help tan day after day - a few brands make them - I'd endow with it a shot after you exfoliate your skin in the shower apply when dried bad.
Try to tan somewhat at a time, not enough to obtain burned. If that doesn't help, you a short time ago may not be able to due to the famine of melatonin in you skin...which is what give your skin its color. Your only hope next would be to get a self tanner...'fake tan'. Neutragena spray works okay.
