(Shot)?
1. Tell your phlebotomist, "I'm a fainter. I win scared. Please oblige me through this." He/she must know this.
2. You may want to lie down during the procedure.
3. Ask the phlebotomist to make conversation to you during the procedure. Or talk to him/her. "What caring of education do you enjoy to have to do this for a living?" "I have a really bad hours of daylight at school; this professor..." "I'm thinking about getting my tongue pierced." Whateaver.
4. Just since the stick, breathe in intensely and slowly. During the stick, breathe out slowly.
5. Why do you faint? Some populace faint from blood draws because the verbs of blood, or even the idea of a blood draw, cause a sudden and intense stimulation of the vagus nerve, primary to dilation of the carotid arteries and subsequent reduction surrounded by cerebral blood pressure. In other words, your body say, "Woah, I'm bleeding!" and drops your blood pressure so you won't bleed to death.
I hope this help you.
Make sure you breathe, and don't watch.
Try listen to music if you can.
Your blood pressure probably goes course up because you're nervous that's adjectives
Do what previous user said. Also when you get it, try to reflect "compared to what life can throw at me, a simple blood try-out is the least of my worries"
