use abreva, 3 times daily, buy it at the local drug store, it's over the counter
rime it, or get some abreva,
you rime for 20-60 min, then cover beside makeup, then your virtuous to go for 7 hours.

put brackish on it and dont play with it

Don't keep your toothbrush contained by the bathroom as the
damp environment is just what the doctor ordered for the virus to thrive.
Use small tubes of toothpaste as it can transmit
the virus too.
