My doctor isn't sure if what i have is genital wart or something else,so she applied some podophillin to my vagina on those lesions,and after that they get white.This is how warts respond to podophillin?

A reputable doctor if unsure of what the lesion orginated from would test you for adjectives STD's and then if still unsure could biopsy a piece of tissue and make clear to you for sure if they are warts... sounds approaching you need to find a doctor who is more up to date on trialling for STD's.
