I find Blistex ointment to be informative. Make sure it's in the red-and-white squeezable tube. Put some on, and within a few minutes when your lips hold absorbed it, put some more on.
In a daylight or two your lips should be contained by much better shape.
gently rub your oral cavity with a soft toothbrush to remove adjectives dead skin. consequently apply chapstick like every ten minutes. by the lapse of the day ( if sooner) you should be good!
Don't lick them. I know it's enticing, but it's the same entity as washing you hand - whatever moisture is contained by your skin will want to join the hose outside. I don't know what. Something to do with osmosis and equilibrium.
Get a moisturizing chapstick as be already said and you'll be find. But don't lick your lips.

Carmex works really well, its made for that...it comes contained by all different kind of tubes and containers, but keep that on it and it should acquire better very nifty!
