You cannot get most drugs out of your system that suddenly. NOt sure about ephedra though. Supplements similar to this will almost always end in a positive drug test.
The genuine best way to detox would be to attend narcotics anonymous meeting for the rest of your life.
I know you enjoy a drug problem because you are frantically trying to prepare yourself for a drug test on Monday morning. Non-addicts would never muse of this, or need it.
