How can you procure rid of zits?

I don't have acne in recent times occasional zits that get on my nervesHow can you procure rid of zits?
Well my doctor told me drinking alot of marine will clear up your face if your have a zit problem, also regular care will help out, using some sort of pore cleaner, personally i put alcohol on my obverse then my olay pore cleaner, consequently my olay face lotion, it works really economically, but items such as fried food and soda can cause zits alot of stress and the ol' so loathed that time of the month, but i hope this helped you out
sorry if it sounds stern but I slice them open near a razor when at hand heads are white, after I squeeze them until the insides come out!!
