How do i take rid of stretch grades?

i have stretch grades on the sides of my butt and hip area. i be pretty tiny as a litle girl and now that i enjoy developed more and grown up i have some stretch grades. and i need to obtain them to leave! and i dont enjoy money for plastic surgery.

i also hold some stretch marks, and after looking for some illusion cream to make them stir away, i found out that stretch marks are scar; they cannot be removed, they fade. they fade from pink, to white. Mine are bearly noticeable.but im sorry to utter, that they wont ever completly go away. if you ever find something to gross them disapear, lemme know. ;)
