How do i bring back rid of black head and white head on your antenna?

my friend tried getting id of my black manager with a syringe but that made it worse. My mom tried popping it and said it will go down surrounded by a few days but i don't think so. I also enjoy some white heads on my antenna and i cant tell if in attendance going down.How do i bring back rid of black head and white head on your antenna?
I know that using baking powder with for a time water will bleach the blackheads, so at tiniest you won't be able to see them.
