I haven't even been ingestion as much carbs as they have allowed me to and my level don't seem to be coming down .How do I receive my blood sugar to be in motion down?
Please check your physician/dietitian or both back you change ur diet. You can do a bit bit of walking around just to burn for a moment sugar. Eat small meals at intervals than a massive meal. You could use cinnamon, it regulates the digestion and sugar incorporation. Drink a lot of marine. Hope it helps. Good luck.
I enjoy type 2 diabetes, i have be for 12 years. I to hate needles. five years ago my doctor told me that i needed to start insulin, and i purely kept putting it off, becouse i be scared of nozzle. but my blood sugars were getting so glorious, that i had to start insulin. And you know what? Its a piece of cake. I CAN"T even be aware of the needle walk in. I worried adjectives those years for nothing. So if you get to do insulin, you can do it. Just ask for the optclick, it uses ultra fine needles GOOD LUCK, and let me know how it go. Val
