Help red dots?

hello i have bin noticeing that i own red bumps on the upper inside of my legs in the middle from the nee up within the middle. there surrounded by the middle is one big red dot like the size of an eraser but not as high-ceilinged. and neer it is smaller red dots. and in duplicate spot on the other leg is the same article. like right across from respectively other. i dont shave there ive never have sex. only oral. so can anyone oblige?Help red dots?
