How do you check your blood sugar stratum?

whats an easy mode to check your blood sugar or blood salt height?? and once youve checked it, is there a specific opening to increase it?How do you check your blood sugar stratum?
Glucosometer...diabetics use these all the time. Why surrounded by the world would you even consider changing your blood sugar? that is to say deadly! Normal resting blood sugar should be 100 or so. Low blood sugar is 80, big blood sugar starts at about 120. Leave in good health enough alone. You can gain zilch by intake of sugar...except eventual fat.
You can check your blood sugar level by using a glucose machine. These are available at drug stores everywhere. I'm not 100% sure but you may involve a RX to purchase. You will need a blood testing to check your sodium.
To check your blood sugar level, you can buy a tackle at any pharmacy. To increase your sugar level adjectives you have to do it munch through something.
I use the BD Link Glucose Meter. In the past I've also used a couple of other brands, but I prefer this one because it communicates wirelessly beside my insulin pump. Below is a link to a discussion on varied different models of glucose meters.
As for increasing blood sugar, when needed, Orange Juice and Glucose Tablets are perhaps the two fastest ways to bring blood sugar up.

test you blood on a glocose monitor if you sugarit too low hold a skittle or to to boast it.
there r blood sugar meters available & u can chek ur blood sugar even...or u have to progress to a lab & chek ur fasting blood sugar after 10-12 hrs fast... if the reading is below 115 it is good...after ppbs after 2hrs of meals...this shud be below 140 scope...for increasing blood sugar u have to munch through sweets... but this rarely help..
