How do i use an Ear Wax remover?

ok, i purchased an Ear Wax remover and i used it for the first time yesterday. I put in a couple drops into my ear and i hear a fizzing noise, after that do i only leave it in attendance or am i suppose to put warm hose in their next to a syringe and tilt my head to flush it out?

Depending on how much wax you imagine you're dealing with, walk out the solution in your ear next to your head tilted for 5-10 minutes while it does its item. Then tilt your head over to tolerate run out what may run out. Use a Q-tip to mop up whatever you can, later flush out with melt water. There will patently be some lingering of solution still contained by your ear, so flush again several hours later. One more flushing latter won't hurt if you still have that sticky hunch in your ear.
