How do I know if i own asthma?
you go to a doctor to be tested. a simple breathing examination.
shortness of breath is one symptom. you need to see a doctor.
Do you hold persistent coughing, tightening within the chest, and shortness of breath? Do these symptoms get worse near certain comings and goings (ie: things done in extreme warmness, while running, or walking short or long distances)? Let an Astma/ Lung specialist look into it. They can get "to the bottom" of the problem OR distribute you to someone who can. I would call the local hospital surrounded by your area that you prefer for recommendation. Good luck!
