How do I prevent getting scar from wearing large heal?

whenever I wear high heal, I get bumps on my toes. After I seize bumps, it becomes scar and it never goes away. How do I prevent scar from wearing high heal? I can't wear socks, since it's high make well. and it's open heal(like sandal, but next to high heal)How do I prevent getting scar from wearing large heal?

Wear comfortable socks. Apply toes cream that can sooth the toes.
