I am in break in Taiwan, and it is exceptionally hot and humid. I start to have headache (mild throbbing pain on the sides and the top) and dizzyness when I step out to walk around the streets of Taiwan. I procure low appetite in the darkness and all. I'm have a troublesome vacation here so is this a fry stroke? what can I do to prevent this?Heat stroke?
Well I live in Las vegas, I can't stand the steam so dont ask me why i moved here.. but it does make me awfully ill I procure very discouraging migranes I dont sweat in the fry so i do tent to get bake stroke or very close to it, first try ro stay out of it as much as u can indoors not sure surrounded by a/c where u r? and roll rime in a raining rag and put around the stern of ur neck close to a hankie. drink rime water and enjoy a spray bottle w/water this is what i have to do within 118 degrees hope it abet love, enjoy ur trip!
sounds more resembling heat nouns. make sure you stay hydrated by drinking plenty of sea. it souns like you stipulation to get i nthe shade for a while and drink hose down to rehydrate.
I get roast stroke a lot. yes i ponder it is. so i would say from personal experience to in recent times drink lots of water, because bake stroke is also dehydration which is common near someone like me, that you enjoy a condition that makes you inept to sweat(i cant remember what its called). Drink lots of water.
