Have a grill in the region of heart exercises?

Whats the best free weight workout for your heartHave a grill in the region of heart exercises?
Your not going to resembling this but in my Cardiac Rehab they started us next to dumbbells at 3 pounds and went up to 5 pounds after a long time ( 6 weeks, 3 times per week).
If you enjoy bad heart problems you DO NOT want to move up significant weight. In my casing I am limited to 10 lbs.
If you must move up a heavy solidity (try not to-get help) lift move it and after sit down until your pulse rate comes back down. Don't pick and convey. Lifting a weight will result in an almost immediate increase surrounded by the pulse rate. Keep it up and you could end up man a dead duckie.
It would be a obedient idea to discuss it next to your Doctor.
BE CAREFUL! DON'T OVERDUE IT. ( BET YOU'VE HEARD THAT BEFORE)
Ditto. Heart exercise means very well tolerated cardio. Heart rate can stay the same for extended period.
Never hold you breath while lifting weights, and very feathery weights. You might sneak up to heavier ones going up a pound or two at a time, if you really have, too. Inhale and exhale continuously.
