Heart hammering problems ..?

What if I can really feel my heart beating sometimes? is that a sign for something bad within the future? and what shall i do to avoid high/low blood pressure?Heart hammering problems ..?
Almost everyone can touch their heart beating sometimes. If you are concerned, see your doctor. But don't hysterics. It is probably nothing.
My grandfather have the same issue a short time ago a few days ago. It's caused by really glorious blood pressure, and to lower it you can either seize meds or have a low cholesteral diet.
i have this to happen simply two weeks ago. I would here my heart then i would grain a little pallid headed to brand name a long story short i ended up admit to the hospital for a couple of nights for them to monitor my heart. it comes out that i enjoy irregular heart beat it skips beat and it flutters. stress made me go comatose though but get a EKG and follow up on it.
It's really probably zilch. The post above mine is a bit extreme, don't let it freak you out. I own also had numerous occasion when the same entity happened to me. I have heart surgery, so I talked to my cardiologist just about it and she made me wear a holter monitor. Funny thing, I didn't enjoy the episodes while wearing it. Go figure. Mine turned out to be no big traffic. If you're really worried though, you can talk to your doctor something like an EKG (print out of the electrical beatings of your heart) or a holter monitor (24-hour heart monitor).
In expressions of blood pressure, eat right and exercise. That really is the best track! I hope everything goes economically for you!
