Yes, once. About two years ago, I woke up in an ER around midnight next to a head wound and have no recollection of anything prior to one o'clock that afternoon when I began to drink a quart of whiskey. They said I have a blood alcohol content of .28.
As far as blackouts associated with diabetes? None.
