Head's hurts when coughin?

I had really desperate phlegm recently and I've be trying to hack it up for a week now. The phlegm made me cough and in a minute when I cough, my head feel like its exploding. I know it sounds crazy but what can it be thats cause that pain?Head's hurts when coughin?
That usually happen when you have Colds.It is relieved by taking simple painreliever.But contained by your case it looks resembling its due to too much straining when coughing over a period of time. It would be easier to hold steam inhalation for say 30minutes to loosen your phlegm.that would product it easier to cough it out.saves you from strains.
your sinuses are most predictable blocked. try taking mucinex. it is wonderful on breaking up the phlegm. any pharmacy would have it.
