Unfortunately, the libido may return but the wherewithal to act on it may not.
Radiation have a moderate rate of causing erectile dysfunction. The radation can/will impairment the nerves running along side of the prostate that cause an erection.
I'm hoping that it doesn't start to you but that risk should have be explained to you by your urologist.
You will be lucky if you can get an erection after Radiotherapy and Zolodex hormone treatment, if you do do paperwork one it will be very adjectives, and you won't be able to ejaculate although you can enjoy an orgasm, usually much less intense. Some doctors prescribe Viagra to assist surrounded by getting an erection. You may get the desires but be incompetent to act on them. It's not the train of the world, worry more nearly the success of the treatment for the cancer.Remember Zolodex is a womanly hormone treatment and you can develop female characteristics ie breast tissue or thicken of the waistline etc.-
