In 1994 I kissed a man who told me later that he be HIV positive (I don't know if this was in reality true because I lost contact with him). I be worried, so two months later I have an HIV test, it come back unenthusiastic. Due to religious beliefs, I stayed celebate (from ALL forms of sexual contact) from then on, even to this year. I was in recent times wondering if it's possible I was HIV infected and tested six years subsequently and it didn't show up on the test? Can that occur? Or would it have particularly shown up in a examination in 2000, if I be exposed in 1994? Serious, irrefutable answers only, please.HIV Testing?
From what you describe your are HIV NEGATIVE and do not hold HIV.
You would definitely hold shown up on the 2000 test from a 1994 possible exposure. No ifs ands or buts.
And kissing is SOOOOOOO low risk for HIV nouns, so you weren;t at much risk to begin near.
So, from what you described, your fine.
The risk of getting infected with the HIV virus is totally low from kissing alone; however if you were infected it is possible for the virus to remain dormant for up to 10 years. If adjectives you did was kiss and the theory test cam out negative next I would not be concerned; however if you did "other things", I would get tested again.
