Hi would mederma work on a mutilation on my frontage?

I have a defect on my face which I get 10 years ago( When I was 5) from a gutter I remember going to the hospital to draw from stiches do you think that mederma could remove this mark of mine? ThanksHi would mederma work on a mutilation on my frontage?
I have two scar on my face and I used it. They are still in that, but LESS noticeable and they are softer looking. I importantly recommend it. By the way my scar were roughly ten years old as ably. Keep in mind that it is expensive, but even a Dermatologist told me it is the best product to use. Do not by store brand, they are cheaper, but do not hold the same busy ingredients. For best results, use for at least 3-4 months. I used to put on several times a daytime.
But keep contained by mind, that if you are male, it really does put in to your character. Sounds strange, everybody used to update me this, but after seeing others with scar, I totally agree.

it prob wont get rid of it but it would peroxide it up. i am currently using it on 3 of my sons scars from his operation he has have in the ultimate 2months and i see a BIG difference
Mederma works great on scars but I am not sure on scar that old but I do chew over it is worth a try because it wont hurt.
