HELPPPPPPPPPP! I NEED TO KNOW IF I ENED GO HOSPITAl?!?!?!?

I have this problem after ingestion, first time happening should I run to the hospital?
Everytime i take a open breath in my stomach hurts or chest, and My stomach be hurting for 3 days now. The piece is that my stomach remains full every single day... Like i never want to put away anymore. I tried pooping, throwing up, and even taking the gas out. None works. What should I do?HELPPPPPPPPPP! I NEED TO KNOW IF I ENED GO HOSPITAl?!?!?!?
I think it would be best if you go promptly to your local hospital emergency room. It may be nothing but some form of indigestion -- but if, postponing treatment may allow the condition to become worse.
