You can get medication from a doctor to treat acne - and by the route are you on the pill - if so certain pills can inflict acne/spots etc.,
i use proactiv solutions. its pricey, but totally worth it. it completely cleared my skin in a year (i know that seem long), but my redness and bumps started to step away after 3 weeks or so. good luck
Some bc pills do darkening of the skin on the obverse --- cheeks and forehead... unfortunately usually irrevocable. Acne... apart from accutane, I use Retin A, .1% It exfoliates the skin well. A script product, just about $100 buckos a tube. Get it in Mexico for more or less $20... last a year.

How do you check...?
How do you check you blood sugar? I saw it on tv where this one woman I guess stuck her hand within her mouth and threw something up. Just wondering!
PS- I think she did it short one of those meter things, I dunno!How do you check...?
I use the BD Link Glucose Meter. In the past I've also used a couple of other brands, but I prefer this one because it communicates wirelessly next to my insulin pump. Below is a link to a discussion on mixed different models of glucose meters.

you have to truly use blood and a meter. You just prick your finger and drip a small amount of blood onto a strip of supplied newspaper and stick that into the meter, which analyzes the sugar content.
You or your doctor can check your blood sugars throwing up does not check your blood sugars. You'll need a glucose meter or you can hold your doctor to check your sugar levels.

i did a research paper over anorexia nervosa and i well-read a lot around it. and now when i consider of all the things i academic.. im afraid that one of my friends might be anorexia. but i dont know how to bring it up with my other best friend. i dont even know if i should, or how or even when. i connote, i have talk to my family around it, because family will never tolerate you down. but it still worries me, however, im just get sure.. im no doctor.
